Mentoring

Head of the Curve.com will shortly be launching this Mentoring section of the site. This dedicated area of Head of the Curve is intended as a place where those in need of knowledge and guidance can meet with others who have the knowledge and talent to impart those skills being looked for. We expect to begin by featuring :

‘Business’

The many faces of Business can be daunting, sometimes a little guidance based on experience can be useful. Just a couple of conversations or any number for however long is needed can make all the difference.

‘Starting Up in Business’

Have you left School, College or University and want to start a business? Have you decided to start on your own as a result of redundancy, ill health or other cause? Perhaps you have already started on your own and just need the guidance of someone else’s experience.

‘Students’

For full-time students who are looking for the extra little bit of tuition direct from those with experience gained in the world of business. We hope this can provide extra focused and specific knowledge to compliment the studies in College and University.

‘Life Skills’

Finding someone to help find a way through the immense difficulties of today’s fast moving world whether in business , on the web, in the workplace or just help with the many problems that can be present anywhere in the world today.

All will be welcome to register as Mentors or Students. In this area a Student will be able to search for a suitable Mentor, apply to them explaining their requirements. Then the Mentor can decide to accept or reject that Student. Once in conversation a mutually agreeable programme can be set up using the services of Head of the Curve with Messages, Chat, Video Chat and web conferencing / webinars or just by private email. For Mentors they must provide their specialist areas of expertise, experience and full details of what they have to offer. For all registration is subject to approval and all content is moderated to ensure Mentoring is being managed to the highest standards.
